TERMS AND CODNITIONS

1. All bidders are required to pay non refundable MK1,000 in cash for entrance fee
2. All bidders need to register with us before the auction by filling in the bidding form. This can be downloaded from our website or collected from our office. (THIS FORM IS IN YOUR HANDS AT THE MOMENT)
3. Only bidders who pay a refundable deposit of MK200,000 will be eligible to bid. This has to be deposited into our bank account number 01400 5689 8801, Standard Bank, Limbe Branch or paid in cash at our office in Limbe.
4. Deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not pay the sum in cash or bank certified cheque at the time of the fall of the hammer
5. Successful buyer will have to remove the vehicle or item from the premises within 24 hours.
6. Payment strictly in cash or bank certified cheque form at the time of the fall of the hammer.
7. By signing this form the bidder agrees that the vehicles/items are sold as they stand. If for any reason the vehicles do not run or function as per the advertisement, the auctioneers will not be held responsible for the error. The buyer has full right to view the vehicle/item and to check it as per his/her requirement prior to bidding for it.. After the conclusion of the sale of respective vehicle/item no claim whatsoever will be entertained by the Auctioneer nor the seller.
8. There is a provision for people who can not attend the sale in person by Whatsapp forum, SGW BUS AUCTION (created and administered by SGW contact number 0888326999).These bidders will have paid the deposit and will have full right to participate in the sale as per the time stipulated.
9. The whatsapp forum will be operational during the period of Auction and the bidders will bid there bidding amounts only (no comments, or enquiries whatsoever).
10. If for some reason the whatsapp bid reaches late due to slow network etc, the bidder will accept the result that may have been concluded and the auctioneer nor the seller will not be held responsible for this action.
11. The bidder accepts any more terms and conditions said verbally or written or posted on or before the auction.
12. By paying the entrance fee or the deposit the bidder confirms and accepts the terms stipulated.
13. The deposit will be refunded by cheque addressed to the bidders name (or transfered into the bidders account) at the presentation of the official stamped bidding form. This may take two working days. Cash may be refunded subject to availability.
14. This bidding form is applicable for one successful bid ONLY. For a new bid another form and deposit is necessary.
